Sometime include Care cards , dustbag or tissue . Swing packs, wallets, wristlets and pouches have NO dustbag generally. Occasionally wristlets may have dustbags, but not all the time. Sometimes we purchased bags in bulk during sale in factory outlet, we may not get a dustbag (hope you gals understand) or receipts.

Gift receipts will ONLY be available if an item was purchased individually from retail.However, we purchased merchandise in bulk. Moreover, you can’t utilised it in Malaysia

Most of the bags are required to place an order unless we state Ready Stock.Most bags are order from overseas, standard shipping takes *10-14 working days approximately or longer should item held by our local custom for inspection which is beyong our control.
Ready stock bags are on first come first serve basis with payment. No reserve will be entertained.

We currently deliver within Malaysia & Singapore.Merchandise will only be delivered when we receive full payment.All bags are delivered from overseas therefore it will take approximately 10 - 14 days to reach Malaysia. However it may be subject to delay due to custom clearance which is beyond our control.
We sometimes offer free delivery within Malaysia as stated in our quote otherwise below delivery charges are applicable . Sorry no COD at the moment.
