Bags are only pre-order and no ready stock. The pictures of the products may look different due to different individual computer screens and sunlight.

COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate

DELIVERY

This is pre-order item and imported from oversea. Items will arrive 5 - 6 weeks after the spree ends (Note: items will only be ordered once we receive the full payment). Due to unforeseen issue such as custom clearance delay, it will take longer time. We will refund if the item out-of-stock. This goods are only for buyers who have patience for the long waiting period. Shipment will not be done if it is a public holiday,Sat &Sun but the next working day. Should I have the stock in hand, I will make the delivery within 3 days after once we receive your payment. Subject to delivery charge by Pos Laju. A tracking number will be provided once the we have mailed out

Within Peninsular Malaysia - RM8.50 (max.500g)

Sabah/Sarawak - RM12.50  (max.500g)

Singapore – S$7.50 (max 300g)

I will not be held responsible if there is any damage or loss during shipment.

International Shipping

You may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government when you receive your package. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges.

Payment Terms:-

Once you have placed your order, kindly forward full payment  before the closing date.

Payment to be made to MAYBANK (Malaysia ONLY) account or open 3rd party transfer via Maybank2u. Proof of payment must be email to me once payment is made for accounting record purposes.

If you fail to forward the full payment within the stipulated dateline, your order will be cancelled

FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED BY PAY PAL or CREDIT CARD VIA PAY PAL IS

We have added WESTERN UNION as another option for payment for International buyers

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Please email us  within 3 days upon receiving your item and returned to us with our ORIGINAL TAG, UNDAMAGED and UN-WORN within 7 days in the SAME CONDITION as it was sent to you. Once we have confirmed, we would immediately send you the correct merchandises for you, or CREDIT the payment amount to your account should the stock is not available. Buyers are required to bear items returning shipping cost. No claims are allowed on used items.

1. Applicable for refund:

1.1 Deliver wrong products: Products are different in sizes, colors and styles from what you ordered
1.2 Overdue returns will not be processed or entertained 

2. Not applicable for product returns:

2.1 We do not accept subjective reasons for returns: (Not good looking, changing mind, do not like the color, color difference, fabric not high-quality enough, not comfortable to wear, not as pretty as expected, too transparent, too large or too small...)

Orders that are returned to us due to unclaimed, incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customers expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by your local post office or customs, for whatever reason, will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customers expense.

Regarding to the refund policy, in case the product(s) you wish to replace is out of stock, another product(s) or cash refund are offer for you to select

1)Once order have made, no more cancellation or change order can be make, if do so, regret  that we are unable to refund any deposit you made to us. Please think carefully before you place your order.

You are allowed to make changes before you make the payment

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT WE THE SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL PRE- ORDER SPREE AND REFUND THE MONEY IN THE EVENT OF OUT OF STOCK  or due to  lack of response. In the latter case, the spree will be cancelled if response is not good, similarly, FULL refund will be made! So do not worry!
